Presentations
Abstract Presentations Authors are encouraged to submit only abstracts for presentation at the 4^th NIC-NIDA Conference in 2025.Those with accepted abstracts will have the opportunity to present at the conference and will be included in the conference document, not the Proceedings. In this conference, full paper submission is not required. Kindly submit your abstract for evaluation by the NIC-NIDA Committee. Upon acceptance, authors can proceed with registering for the Conference. Abstract Publication The abstracts presented at the 4^th NIC-NIDA Conference in 2025 will be included in the proceeding 2025.
Full Paper Presentations Full papers will be eligible for inclusion in the Proceedings and Journals if the authors: 1. Submit both their abstracts and full papers by the specified deadline of June 15, 2025. 2. Have their work reviewed by selected reviewers. 3. Present at the conference. Authors whose articles receive recognition as top papers or case studies through peer review will receive a certificate. Please note that submitting a manuscript indicates it is not being considered for publication elsewhere.

The publication of full papers is subject to the guidelines, terms, and conditions set forth by the specific journals. The decision for publication ultimately rests with the review boards of these journals.

Certificates and Awarded Papers
For Full Papers/Case Studies: – Each presenter will receive a certificate following their presentation. – All full papers are eligible for the “Top Paper Award.” The best paper will be granted the “Top Paper Award” and will receive: 1. Certificate for Top Paper Award. 2. 5,000 Thai baht (approximately 10 papers will be awarded. Please note that the committee’s decision is final).
For the Ph.D. Consortium: – Presenters will receive a certificate from the organizer without any requirement to publish their papers.

Conference Excursions
As a part of the tradition, the NIDA Conference arranges an excursion. This activity is a notable highlight of the Conference, offering attendees an opportunity to reconnect, chat, network, and make new acquaintances in a relaxed setting while savoring local delicacies.
With an expected attendance of 500+ at the 4^th NIC-NIDA Conference 2025 at NIDA, we are offering options for presenters and attendees to explore various historical sites across the country. Please specify your preference during the Registration Process at your earliest convenience (deadline: June 15, 2025)
Note: The excursion fee is $100 USD.

International Paper

Ph.D. Consortium

Open to Ph.D. students in the middle of their program or working on their research proposal.
Presenters need to have their research papers approved by their advisors to present at the conference.
Presenters will receive a certificate from the organizer, and there is no requirement to publish their papers.
The Ph.D. Consortium is focused on presentations only, and there is no obligation to publish papers.
